My spouse has lived in Texas for at least six months.
2. I know my spouse's address.
3. I don't want the Court to order my spouse to pay my attorney's
fees, temporary alimony, or temporary child support while the
divorce is pending.
4. My spouse has not already filed for divorce and does not have a
divorce attorney.
5. The wife of the marriage is not pregnant.
6. If we have children, my spouse and I are the parents of all of the
children born during the marriage.
7. My spouse will not dispute the terms of the divorce.
